Sol gains Heat as she uses abilities and hits with Basic Attacks. She gains +1% Magical Power and +1% Attack Speed for every 3% Heat. At 0% Heat, Sol's Basic Attacks gain +35% Damage. Heat decreases over time. Basic Attacks : +5% Heat
Radiance
Sol burns bright, gaining a large amount of Heat, healing herself over time for (5/10/15/20/25% of missing Health over 5s) and igniting the ground around her. Enemies that walk onto the fire take (30/60/90/120/150 + 25% of your Magical Power) damage every second. This ability provides 40/50/60/70/80% Heat. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Cooldown: 15s.
Stellar Burst
Sol's next Basic Attack explodes, creating a shockwave that travels out, dealing (40/70/100/130/160 + 35% of your Magical Power) damage. At full size, the wave retracts, dealing damage again and Slowing enemies. This ability provides 10% Heat. Cost: 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown: 10s.
Disapparate
Sol burns down her manifestation, gaining movement speed (20/25/25/25/30%) and ignoring all movement penalties, while leaving a trail of fire behind her that damages enemies (20/40/60/80/100 + 25% of your Magical Power) every .5 seconds. After 3s Sol loses corporeal form for a short time and her trail explodes, Stunning enemies for 1.5s. Sol may leave her incorporeal form early. This ability provides 10% Heat. Cost: 60. Cooldown: 15s.
Supernova (Ultimate)
Sol unleashes all her flame and fury from the sky, striking 8 times along a moveable ground target location. Enemies hit take (150/200/250/300/350 +50% of your Magical Power) damage are knocked back on the first strike, only taking 20% damage on successive hits. This ability generates 10% Heat. Cost: 100. Cooldown: 90s.
Sol is the final ADC mage receiving the basic attack projectile speed change. Similar to Chronos, she also needed an adjustment focused on bringing out her strengths. Unstable Manifestation will now more Magical Power, augments her mixed in-hand and ability damage playstyle.

Sol is seeing a variety of feels changes that will make her smoother to play. Unstable Manifestation’s heat decay was rapid, punishing Sol heavily for being out of combat for even a second. We are slowing this decay down to give more wiggle room in ability activation and picking fights. Radiance will no longer push back minions making it easier to use as a clear tool. Finally, Supernova will now deploy more quickly and provide a large burst of heat. Supernova will be more impactful both in its immediate effect and giving a second way to quickly build heat when needed. Sol is really heating things up!

Sol excels in the duo lane position where players are getting less experience early on. While many gods can still make their impact by coming online in the late game, Sol comes online much earlier due to her passive. The large boost to her DPS it provides makes her very difficult to fight. We are toning this down the making fighting her more manageable.

Stellar Burst has gone through a few changes during her lifetime. Early on, this ability functioned much more like a basic attack which called for it having the in-hand penalty that comes with it. Today, it works more like a regular ability.
Removing the in-hand penalty makes sense and is a nice Quality of Life update for this Manifestation.

We kept a close eye on Sol and after watching her under-perform in Season 4, we began looking at ways to improve her utility and her Damage outside of her Stellar Burst. This led us to look at Radiance. Radiance helps Sol in quite a few ways. It is her main source of quick heat generation and also provides her with some sustain. We are increasing her sustain at all ranks and reducing the Cooldown, giving her access to this utility more often and earlier. Supernova is also seeing a Damage increase to reward Sol players more when they land multiple hits.

Fixed an issue where this wasn't proccing “On Heal” effects.
Decreased Cooldown from 15s -> 13s.
Changed the Healing from 5/10/15/20/25% of Missing Health -> 25% of Missing Health at all ranks.
Supernova
Increased Damage of successive hits from 20% -> 30%.
Sol is the final God to see Fatalis effect removed from her kit. She is getting a slight increase to her Movement Speed in the late game to compensate for this removal.
Disapparate
No longer provides immunity to Basic Attack Movement Penalty.
Increased Movement Speed buff from 20/25/25/25/30% -> 20/25/30/35/40%.
For Sol we are fixing an issue introduced last patch, and also removing one of the effects from Disapparate. Sol, while still quite potent, has been performing much more in line recently, but the stun on Disapparate seemed more excess than core to Sol's fast and slippery play style.
Stellar Burst
Resolved an issue where this ability did not correctly play its recovery time, allowing a followup basic attack much more quickly than intended. This also resolves an issue with animation and sound FX not playing.
Disapparate
This ability no longer stuns when she detonates.
Supernova
Improved warning deployable targeting FX to better indicate the hit area.
Just a small adjustment to Sol this patch. Overall we're happy with her performance, but felt the length of the Slow didn't pair well with the difficulty of application.
Stellar Burst
Mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75/80 -> 70/75/80/85/90.
Sol's seeing a number of adjustments in her first post-release patch. Her Passive and overall damage is being reduced while her Ultimate is seeing some improvements. Sol has been one of our most popular launches this year and these changes are intended to put her in a more balanced state, while maintaining her role as a dominant lane pusher. Additionally, Sol will no longer cleanse Roots when activating Disapparate, which brings back into play additional counter options.
