Nox's candles gather energy from all abilities used near her. For every ability cast near Nox (excluding her own) a new candle is lit. Once all 4 are lit, Nox's next casted ability costs no mana.
Shadow Barrier
Nox creates a barrier of night around herself for 1s that mitigates 50/60/70/80/90% damage from the next hostile ability that hits her. Basic attacks are also mitigated for the entire duration that the shield is up. Nox cleanses roots and slows while this ability is active. Cooldown: 20s. Cost: 70.
Nightfall Raven
Nox launches a raven that spreads night along its path. Every enemy it touches takes 100/110/120/130/140 damage +50% of your Magical Power, is silenced for 1s, and is Shrouded in Darkness. The Shroud of Darkness lasts for 5s. Cooldown 15s. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90.
Siphon Darkness
Nox targets the ground and attempts to consume all darkness in that area. Enemies who are standing in the target area take 80/90/100/110/120 damage +40% of your Magical Power. If a target is Shrouded In Darkness then it takes double the amount of damage. Cooldown: 3s. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.
Night Terror
Nox links her shadow with an enemy player, dealing 150/160/170/180/190 damage +75% of your magical power. While linked with Nox, enemies take damage again every time they use an ability. Nox's ability cooldowns are also reduced by 5s every time an enemy uses an ability while linked. The link is broken by moving out of range, or after 5s. Cooldown: 90s. Cost: 100.

Flame of the Night (Passive)
Nox's candles gather energy from all abilities she uses. For every ability Nox casts a candle is lit. For every candle lit Nox gains +3% Magical Power. When Nox takes damage one of her candles is blown out.
Shadow Lock
Nox extends her shadow, Rooting a single enemy god in place for 2s and dealing damage equal to 30/40/50/60/70 +20% of her Magical Power every 0.5s. Nox must channel to maintain hold on the target, but may cancel this ability early. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70. Cooldown: 10s.
Siphon Darkness
Nox creates a void of darkness that silences all enemies within. After 2s it explodes, dealing 90/160/230/300/370 +100% of her Magical Power as damage. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90. Cooldown: 15s.
Shadow Step
Nox dashes forward, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 +40% of her Magical Power as damage to all enemies. If she hits an allied god, she leaps into their shadow, traveling with them. When Nox exits a shadow, she deals damage again in radius 20 around her. Nox may cancel this ability early to exit shadows. Cost: 90. Cooldown: 15s.
Night Terror
Nox unleashes a vortex of dark energy that explodes on contact with an enemy god or surface, dealing 200/250/300/350/400 +60% of her Magical Power as damage to all enemies within range 20, and an additional 20/25/30/35/40 +5% of her Magical Power every 1s for 5s. Enemies hit are also weakened, and deal 30% less damage for the duration. Cost: 100. Cooldown: 90.
The goddess of night is a popular topic for balance discussion. Nox’s kit focuses on all-in gameplay and heavy lockdown, making her a rather unique mage. Her high amount of CC has often been a limiting factor for her, as buffing overall damage or ease of use on the kit would likely cause frustrations. After much deliberation and statistical review, we are looking to bolster Nox’s laning potential as a way of bringing the goddess into a more competitive spot. Her Shadow Lock ability will now be able to deal a small amount of damage to minions as it passes through them. This gives Nox more efficient lane clear, but more importantly gives her more decisions to make in the laning phase on how to pressure her opponents.

As this ability is now able to hit multiple targets, its lifesteal multiplier is being decreased from 100% to 33%
A few abilities have large area of effects that stop on contact with a wall or an enemy god, like Sol or Ah Puch. Recently, Hel had her targeters updated to better convey where their spells are likely to hit. Nox's Night Terror is getting the same treatment.

As a utility and lock down mage, Nox can bring a lot of control, disruption, and surprising burst to the table. However, her requirement of comboing her abilities can lead her to falling short when it comes to helping a team fight.
We are reducing the cooldown on Night Terror to give Nox the ability to contribute to fights more often with the damage debuff and burst that this ability provides.

Decreased Cooldown from 90s at all ranks -> 90/85/80/75/70s.
Nox's Passive was often extinguished by Minions and punished Nox players for taking advantage of a good opportunity just because Minions were still alive.
Flame of the Night
Nox's Candles will now only be blown out by God damage.
Nox is getting a cooldown reduction on her primary damage and clear, Siphon Darkness. Additionally, we're adjusting her potency into the mid and late game. Shadow Step now has increased scaling, rewarding Nox players for choosing to use this skill aggressively instead of just passively. While difficult to coordinate, dashing through an enemy into an ally, then popping out, has a lot more punch!

Nox is no longer required to maintain a link to targets affected by Night Terrors. Targets remain affected regardless of range, for the duration.
When Night Terror expires, targets are now stunned for 1s and take damage again.
