  • Steady Flow - Passive

  • Each time He Bo uses a power, he gains the Steady Flow buff which increases his magical power by 10% for 5 seconds. The timer refreshes when another power is used. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
  • Water Cannon

  • He Bo fires a short burst of water from his sleeves, damaging enemies in a cone for 80/130/180/230/280 (+100% of your magical power) magical damage. Cost - 40/50/60/70/80 mana. Cooldown - 3s.
  • Flood Waters

  • A river of water bursts forward from He Bo's sleeves, causing enemies to move 35/40/45/50/55% slower and He Bo to move 35/40/45/50/55% faster while in the river. Cost - 60/65/70/75/80 mana. Cooldown - 10s. River lifetime - 7s.
  • Waterspout

  • He Bo funnels water into the ground continuing to control it to burst out of the ground with tremendous force at the location he chooses, doing 80/130/180/230/280 (+100% of your magical power) magical damage to all enemies in the area, knocking them into the air and slowing them for 35% for 2 seconds. Cost - 70/80/90/100/110 mana. Cooldown - 10s.
  • Crushing Wave

  • He Bo transforms into a wave and crashes forward, damaging all enemies in his path for 400/480/560/640/720(+130% of your magical power). Cost - 100 mana. Cooldown - 90s.

  • The god with 4 ultimates. A nickname affectionately given to He Bo’s powerful kit. Even with high pro performance for most of the season, he tends to coast under the radar for casual players. He Bo is a riskier Mage with an all-in play style who flexes well into the Jungle. We are taking down his damage as well as his utility to make sure there is room for more mages in the meta.

  • He Bo has risen the tides of the SPL, showing himself to be a staple of the competitive scene and high level ranked. Atlas of the Yellow River provides a large movement speed swing while Water Cannon brings consistent and high damage, allowing him to threaten kills easily. We are reducing both of these aspects, requiring He Bo to commit more and put himself more at risk to make similar plays.

  • The God of the Yellow RIver has risen to a new level in Season 5. Having a very high damage ability with very low cooldown has allowed him to push lanes faster than anyone else, and deliver unrivaled burst damage. He Bo tends to see a large drop in performance at the highest levels of play so a slight shift is being introduced. His base HP is being increased at the earliest stages in the game, while his HP per level and Water Cannon damage are being nerfed.
  • Increase Base HP from 365 to 400.
  • Decrease HP per level from 68 to 67.

  • Starting since Season 5, He Bo has surged in popularity and performance. His ability to rotate and aggress quickly with Atlas of the Yellow River and damage heavily with his Water Spout and Water Cannon combo. We are bringing down how often he can use his Atlas to give more chances to catch out He Bo and his team, while reducing the damage his primary form of Crowd Control can deal.

  • An Ability's Post-Fire time is how long a God needs to wait after casting 1 skill before they can cast another. Water Cannon had a very long Post-Fire that long exceeded the animation length, resulting in He Bo looking like he could take another action but being unable to. We have now synced the Post-Fire to the animation, allowing He Bo to feel more fluid as he chains abilities together.
