Every hit with a basic attack gives Cupid a 3% buff to the damage or healing of his next ability. This can be stacked up to 10 times. Upon reaching 10 stacks, the next Heart Bomb or Fields of Love will stun enemies for 1s when they explode.
Cupid fires an arrow that overwhelms the target with love, initially causing 50/80/110/140/170 (+60% of your physical power) physical damage and slowing them by 35%. After 3s, the target's heart explodes, dealing the same damage again to the target and all enemies within a 20 ft radius. Cost - 70/75/80/85/90 mana. Cooldown - 12s.

Cupid places 3 floating hearts at his ground target location that heal himself or allied gods for 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% of your physical power) when picked up. Cupid regens 30 mana for each heart that is picked up by an ally. The hearts persist for 8 seconds. Cost - 60/65/70/75/80 mana. Cooldown - 14s.
Cupid flutters quickly forward, leaving a trail behind him for 6 seconds that increases all allies movement speed by 35%. Cupid also gains 15/20/25/30/35% attack speed for 4 seconds after fluttering! Cost - 70 mana. Cooldown - 17/16/15/14/13s.
Fields of Love
Cupid fires arrows of love into his ground target location, initially slowing all enemies in the area by 35%. The arrows grow in intensity until they explode, dealing 175/225/275/325/375 (+120% of your physical power) physical damage. Enemies caught within the radius are also mesmerized for the next 3s. Any damage done breaks the effect. Cost - 80/90/100/110/120 mana. Cooldown - 90s.
This little guy has been putting up big numbers. Cupid has quickly become the actual #1 hunter across the game, in both pick/ban% as well as win-rate. When looking at his numbers there is one that clearly stands out. Heart Bomb has an insane amount of Physical Scaling. His early lane clear is much better with recent buffs, and his team fight presence has always been top tier, so it seems fair to bring down his primary damaging ability.
Decreased Power Scaling from 90% to 80% on both the hit and the explode
Everyone’s favorite misshapen little buddy has really skyrocketed in the meta after direct buffs and favorable meta changes. Cupid is a top pick in ranked and pro play for the ADC role, bringing a stronger laning phase than his older days. There are going to be some Hunter item nerfs coming up, and this god has only recently come into the meta with relatively low community frustration, so we are keeping his nerfs light. We are focusing on decreasing the amount of sustain that Cupid can provide to himself or his team now that his lane clear is as strong as his team fights.

Decreased Physical Power Scaling of the Heal from 25% to 20% per heart (75% to 60% total)
This cute lil guy has always struggled in lane. We are pulling out a rarely used mechanic to make his heart bomb deal more damage to minions. His kit feels great in teamfights so this change allows us to target his early game specifically. Skilled Cupid players can also leverage this bonus damage to find clever stuns on enemy gods!

SMITE's little loverboy has been the subject of many debates. In this patch, we aim to improve Cupid's abilities to solidify his design intent: A mid-game hunter with strong zoning and utility. Changes to Heart Bomb and Fields of Love support his zoning ability, and the streamlining of Share the Love and Flutter should let him aid his team-mates more easily.
Lovestruck tooltip has been adjusted to accommodate for changes listed below.
Increased Cooldown from 10s -> 12s.
Increased radius of the Heart Bomb's explosion area from 20 -> 25 units.

Fields of Love
Changed how this ability functions with Lovestruck.
Fields of Love now mesmerizes enemies for 1.5s when activated with less than 8 hearts. At max hearts, the mesmerize increases to 3s.
Cupid's ultimate should now avoid being interrupted after the cast has occurred. This will help Cupid make sure Fields of Love happens exactly when he means for it to happen, while still keeping him casting for the same duration he currently does.
