If Awilix strikes first from out of combat, she increases her total physical power by 30% for 2.5s.
Summon Suku
Awilix mounts her Panther Suku, gaining movement speed but decreasing strafe speed. Awilix may leap off of Suku to deal 80/130/180/230/280 +80% of her Physical Power as damage to all enemies in the target area. Canceling this ability before leaping will not trigger its cooldown. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70. Cooldown: 15s.
Feather Step
Awilix flips over the last enemy she hit within 1.5s, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 +50% of her Physical Power as damage when she passes over them. The damage dealt is modified based on the next attack in Awilix's basic attack progression, increasing 1x/1.5x/2x. If the next basic attack in her sequence is her third attack, then she also hits all targets in the area around her. Cost: 60/65/70/75/80. Cooldown: 8s.
Moonlight Charge
Suku comes to Awilix's aid, rushing forward and damaging all enemies for 70/110/150/190/230 +60% of her Physical Power. If hit from behind, enemies are also knocked up into the air. Cost: 85 Cooldown: 12s.
Gravity Surge
Awilix calls upon the power of the moon, immediately pulling to her the closest enemy god in front of her that is either Leaping or Knocked Up into the air. The target god takes 200/250/300/350/400 +100% of her Physical Power as damage when it lands. Awilix is then bathed in moonlight, gaining 30/40/50/60/70% Attack Speed and 20/30/40/50/60 Physical Power for a short duration. Cost: 100. Cooldown: 90s.
Awilix has moments to shine but even in strong matchups she struggles, and Mid Season seems to have taken a toll on her power. Awilix is getting some help in both managing her playstyle (with a reduced mana cost burden) and in direct power (Feather Step Base Damage). Additionally Suku has learned to strafe more effectively making it easier to position during combat.
Increased Base Mana from 220 to 240
Increased MP5 per level from 0.27 to 0.46
Summon Suku
Decreased Mana Cost from 50/55/60/65/70 to 30/35/40/45/50.
Increased strafe speed on Suku by changing Hard Cap on movement speed from 225 to 275.
Updated ability description to show this is a speed cap not percent reduction of speed.
Fixed an issue where this ability would go on cooldown if interrupted.
(This was fixed in 7.4 but was not listed properly.)
Feather Step
Increased Base Damage from 40/75/110/145/180 to 50/85/120/155/190.
Awilix and Suku should be a top tier choice against highly mobile teams, but her priority as a counter pick seems to be overshadowed by other Assassins. We are increasing the strafe speed of Awilix while she is riding Suku as a nice QoL buff. This should make her feel more fluid and responsive while she roams and sets up her ganks. We are also decreasing the Cooldown of her Ultimate to play up her role as a counter to leap-heavy squads. This effect is so unique and powerful in SMITE and should remain strong to prevent teams from relying too much on mobility.
Summon Suku
Increased strafe speed on Suku by changing Hard Cap on movement speed from 175 to 225.
Updated ability description to show this is a speed cap not percent reduction of speed.
Awilix will be shifting away from her early hyper aggression to a focus on her mid and late game power. We are reducing the Early Rank potency of Feather Step, but providing additional scaling on Moonlight Charge to help her overall damage as she begins to build more Physical Power items. Awilix's early game was a bit too strong and her late game a bit too weak, these changes should smooth that out. Awilix players should seriously consider what Ability they rank at level 1 after this change.
Feather Step
Reduced Damage from 60/90/120/150/180 to 40/75/110/145/180.
Awilix often runs low on mana early, leaving her being less aggressive than she otherwise could be. We are lowing the mana cost on one of her primary poke and engage tools to better enable her in the early game.
Moonlight Charge
Mana Cost reduced from 85 at all ranks -> 60/65/70/75/80.
Often Awilix players find themselves having to hit a very small timing window from when someone took off to when they went behind a wall. We want to reward Awilix for saving the Ultimate to pull a fleeing opponent, even if they have jumped over a wall.
Gravity Surge
Can now pull enemies through walls with Gravity Surge.
Fixed the strafe movement penalty not applying to Suku while jumping.
Feather Step
Fixed where this ability would become available after using certain active items.
Fixed the area of effect ground targeter incorrectly showing after using an ability.
Moonlight Charge
Increased Suku run speed by 50%.
Fixed an issue where Suku was not filling up the entire targeting area, causing him to miss targets he should have hit.
Suku will now knock up enemies hit from the side, as well as from the back.
Fixed an issue where this ability wasn't properly caching the players aim direction, creating a delay in where Suku charged versus where the player was aiming.
Gravity Surge
Fixed not being able to pull Chaac while dashing with Torrent.
Fixed the ability not going on cooldown if immediately interrupted.
