Arachne applies poison on every physical attack that hits. The poison ticks every .5s for 3s and does 5 physical damage (+10% of her physical power from items) for the duration. Stacks 3 times
Arachne lays spider eggs that act as wards, seeing enemies in the area around them. Enemies getting too close to the eggs cause them to hatch 2 spiders that attack the enemy nearby, slowing them by 20% and doing 25/35/45/55/65 (+17% of your physical power) physical damage every second for 10s. Max of 5 eggs can be deployed. Cost - 60/65/70/75/80 mana. Cooldown - 15/14/13/12/11s.
Arachne pounces on her melee target and attaches to them, draining 30/40/50/60/70 (+15% of your physical power) health as physical damage every .5s for 3s. Right clicking or being disabled (stun, fear, or silence) will knock the Arachne off. Cost 65/70/75/80/85 mana. Cooldown - 15s.
Arachne spins an entangling web at her ground location, slowing her enemies within the radius by 20/25/30/35/40%. The spun web persists in the area for 10s. Cost - 70/75/80/85/90 mana. Cooldown - 15s.
Arachne fires a web projectile towards her enemies. If the web hits an enemy god, it wraps them tightly doing 100/150/200/250/300 (+50% of your magical power) magical damage and stunning them for 1s, as Arachne pulls them to her. Cost - 100 mana. Cooldown - 30s.

Arachne has had her kit redesigned, to better fulfill her role as an Assassin.
Arachne's basic attacks gain 1.5% physical damage for every 5% of a target's missing health.
Upon activation, Arachne's next basic attack within 5s does an additional 50/80/110/140/170 +40% of her Physical Power as damage, and infects the target with Venom, dealing an additional 10/20/30/40/50 +10% of her Physical Power as damage every 0.5s for 3s, and healing Arachne the same amount. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11s. Cost: 60/65/70/75/80.
Arachne spindles her webbing, and her next 3 successful basic attacks within 6s are executed with 30/40/50/60/70% increased attack speed. If all three attacks hit the same target, that target is wrapped in a Cocoon and stunned for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4s. Cooldown: 15s. Cost: 70.
Arachne spins a wall of web. Enemies who pass through and break the web are slowed 25% for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6s, revealed to Arachne for the duration, and leave a trail of web behind them that increases Arachne's movement speed and makes her immune to Slows. Breaking the web also spawns 2 Broodling Spiders, which deal 20/30/40/50/60 damage per hit. Arachne can have 2 walls active at a time, and they expire when broken or after 4min. Cooldown: 18s. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.
Arachne flips up to her infinite web, hanging upside down above the lane and increasing her movement speed by 40% for 5s. She may leap off the web to deal 150/250/350/450/550 +100% of her Physical Power as damage to all enemies in the target area. Cooldown: 90/85/80/75/70s. Cost: 100.
This itsy bitsy spider is now one of the top picked and top winningest gods in the game. Arachne tends to put up strong metrics even when the community considers her weak, niche, pubstompy, or some other category that dismisses her power level. However, its clear to see now that people have caught on to her strength. Venomous Bite has exceedingly high base damage, so we are choosing to bring down this specific aspect of her along with the item changes.

Arachne has been crawling up the ban rate over the last season. Someone from a year ago would laugh at this adjustment, but she has become a serious contender that nobody is taking lightly. Her metrics (play count, ban count, win rate) at high MMR is far above others, not just in her class but across the board. Her ability to chase down kills early and sustain in boxing matches makes her a difficult opponent to fight against. We are targeting both of these aspects by lowering the healing from Venomous Bite and the slow applied from Web. Arachne will still excel are wrapping up her opponents, but they now stand a better fighting chance.

Arachne excels at finding isolated prey and shredding them down quickly. While this allows her to perform very well at normal levels of play,
high ranked and competitive players are much harder to find alone and away from ally assistance. We want to give her something that will help her ability to team fight as well as her ability to dive the enemy backline.
Night Crawler will now create a large web on the area where Arachne lands, slowing enemies on the field and granting her the same benefits as the Web trail from her Web ability.
Enemies will be forced to disperse or fight in Arachne's domain.
Arachne now creates a 25 unit radius area of Web that lasts for 5s wherever she lands. Enemies in this area are slowed by 25% and Arachne gains 40% Movement Speed and is immune to slows while on the web.
Overlaying Webs from Night Crawler and her third ability Web” do not stack in intensity.
In previous Seasons, Arachne excelled at controlling the jungle by killing tougher camps that spawned less often. With the quicker respawns of Season 5 this strength has been diminished. We are reducing the cooldown so they can help her clear camps more often are also increasing the amount of Webs she can have active to give her more opportunities to use them in clever ways.
While this change to Arachne's Web has balance implications, it's primarily being driven around improving the feel for both Arachne and for players on the receiving end of the ability. Web provided little to no feedback for enemy players, as it is just dropped on top of them instantly hitting. It was hard to understand what happened and why it happened. This new version will allow enemies to better read Arachne's actions, as well as provided more visceral feedback to Arachne players. This also adds a skill shot to Arachne, and with that extra difficulty the ability now always creates an initial web trail for her movement enhancement.

Arachne shoots a line of Web forward. She is Immune to Slows and moves faster on Web. If the Web reaches max range a Web trap will spawn. Enemy gods who walk through the trap or get hit by the projectile are Slowed by 25%, revealed to Arachne, leave a trail of Web behind them, and are attacked by Broodlings. Arachne can only have two Web traps active at a time and the Webs last 240s.
