  • Bees! (PASSIVE)

  • Enemies afflicted by Bees! take 10 (+15% of your physical power) physical damage every .5s for 3s and are revealed on the minimap. The Bees! will also attack any nearby enemies that aren't already affected by Bees!, continuing to spread to nearby enemies over time.
  • Hive

  • Ah Muzen Cab creates a new hive at his ground target location, providing him with 20/25/30/35/40% movement speed and 10/20/30/40/50% attack speed while also healing him for a 4/6/8/10/12 (+3% of your physical power) every second that he remains near the hives. The hives can only be destroyed by basic attacks (maximum 8 hives). Cost - 35/40/45/50/55. Cooldown - 8s.
  • Swarm

  • Ah Muzen Cab summons a large swarm of bees that fly forward in a path in front of him, dealing 60/115/170/225/280 (+80% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies hit and applying Bees! to them. Cost - 65/70/75/80/85. Cooldown - 16/15/14/13/12s.
  • Honey

  • Ah Muzen Cab sprays honey at a moveable ground target location, slowing all enemies in the area by 10/15/20/25/30%. Bees from nearby Hives and Swarm will fly over to protect the honey, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of your physical power) physical damage every .5 second and applying Bees! to all enemies as they leave the honey. Cost - 65/70/75/80/85. Cooldown - 10s.
  • Stinger

  • Ah Muzen Cab fires off an enormous stinger that deals 275/355/435/515/595 (+100% of your physical power) physical damage to all enemies in a line, sticking into the first god that is hit, applying Bees! and crippling them for 3 seconds. If the target dies, gets cleansed of Cripple or after 3 seconds, the stinger falls onto the ground for 4 seconds. If Ah Muzen Cab picks up his stinger, he gains an 80% reduction to Stinger's cooldown. Cost - 100. Cooldown - 90s.

  • At one point AMC was the King Bee, but oh how the mighty have fallen. We are reverting a nerf that Ah Muzen Cab received when he was a top pick to bring him closer to the rest of the hunter meta in todays SMITE scene.

  • Ah Muzen Cab often buzzes around meta consideration, flying into the spotlight off small shifts. Since his last round of nerfs however he has struggled to find that type of opportunity. Hive placement is key to a lot of his strength. In highly mobile fights he can often find himself outside his network. A reduced cooldown on Hive and a boost to Swarms overall scaling will give him a stronger sting while teamfighting.
  • NOTE: Bees! was nerfed to 5 base damage a few patches ago, but upon closer inspection it seems like that nerf was not implemented. Rather than implementing the change and nerfing him now, we plan to fix the text.

  • Ah Muzen Cab has continued his reign on the current meta boasting strong clear, burst, and late game scaling. His passive Bees and their item interactions combined with Stingers heavy burst make him flexible and difficult to shut down. Bees will no longer trigger items, lowering AMCs ability to flex into extra clear and harass potential with little cost. Stinger is seeing a base and scaling damage reduction, making ganking the bee or boxing against him less risky.

  • Ah Muzen Cab has been all the buzz recently. A Hunter who is flexible in both Ability damage and Basic Attack damage brings a strong force to any team. In this update we will be addressing his early game clear potential and some of his late game poke, causing him to focus more on using his Hives to boost his attacks at all stages of the game. Bees contributes a heavy amount of base damage early, while Swarm can scale to do a significant portion of damage. This should give him more windows to be countered or outplayed.

  • Ah Muzen Cab was a powerhouse coming into Season 5, and took a large hit to his Hive functionality.
  • After these changes he heavily fell out of favor, and even though most of the nerfs have been reverted he is still struggling to make his mark.
  • We want to focus on how often he can utilize his kit by lowering the cooldown on Swarm and making Honey less of a mana drain when used frequently.

  • The god of bees has hardly been causing buzz in Season 5. After he dominated the meta in Season 4 he received some nerfs that appeared to be necessary. These nerfs combined with the many meta shifts of a new Season left AMC in a much lower than intended spot. We are reverting one of those nerfs completely, and halfway reverting the other.
  • We are also making another adjustment to the god. Although it's a nerf we don't expect it to harm him very much. The component of the Bees! Passive that could Disarm enemies was inconsistent and confusing. We are removing this effect entirely along with the buffs he's getting.

  • AMC has been a superstar in pro play as well as Ranked play. Early in Season 4 this god was thought of as completely unviable but some balance changes and meta shifts brought him to the absolute top of the charts by the end of the season. His ability to create a Hive network and boost his movement speed for long periods of time will mean he could be even stronger in S5. Because of these two factors we are making some specific nerfs to Hives to help bring him in line with other Hunters.

  • Ah Muzen Cab is actually a much stronger Hunter than most players give him credit for, putting him in a difficult situation for balance. As Season 3 finishes and we work toward Season 4, we want to make sure gods have a very specific identity. For us, AMC's identity lies in his Hives. This ability is seeing a wide variety of buffs and quality of life changes to reward players that create a clever network of Hives and to make it slightly harder to gank this Hunter with limited mobility.

  • Reveals all enemy gods within 20 units to all allies and shows hive area at all times.
  • Shows the area of a Hive being placed in targeting mode.
  • Increased Radius from 80 -> 90.
  • Reduce Mana Cost from 40/45/50/55/60 -> 40 at all ranks.

  • Increased Bees flying to Honey from Hives range from 55 -> 90.

  • AMC is seeing an increase to his early game clear to solidify his position as a Hunter with powerful lane clear but limited mobility.
